Discover Self-Matching with Screened Candidates
One of our key improvements is the introduction of self-matching with screened candidates. Host Families can browse a pool of screened Au Pairs, express interest in profiles, accept contact requests and request matches directly through the platform.
This gives Host Families more control over the matching process while helping both parties connect more efficiently when there is mutual interest.
