Due to the critical situation at the agency Nina.Care — which may be forced to cease operations — we are currently receiving a high volume of requests to take over au pair placements.

To streamline the requests and quickly assess whether we can support your family and au pair, we kindly ask you to fill in this short form. Based on your input, we will quickly determine whether a transfer is possible.

We do our utmost to respond as quickly as possible. We will offer you a reduced fee your file is complete or in case of a transfer on a successive placement. However, due to the unexpectedly high number of requests, it may take 2–3 working days before you hear from us.

We have a dedicated au pair room at the same residential address where we live, and it meets all minimum housing standards as required by Dutch law.
One of the host parents holds a permanent employment contract with a Dutch company and earns a monthly salary of at least €3,700 (or an equivalent income as a director-major shareholder, DGA, or Self Employment).
We have reliable childcare arrangements and sufficient back-up to ensure full compliance with the au pair working schedule: no more than 30 hours per week, 8 hours per day, and 5 days per week.
Our au pair's primary purpose for coming to (or staying in) the Netherlands is to participate in a cultural exchange with our family.
There is no family relationship between us and the au pair up to and including the third degree.
