If the case that the Au Pair is in the Netherlands on an Au Pair Residence Permit and  needs or wants to leave the current Host-Family, another Host Family can take over this Au Pair. HBN will need to screen and check the new Host Family on all legal obligations and follow an legal procedure. The take-over costs depend on where the Au Pair is from and the amount of the time the au pair can still stay in the Netherlands.

First Aid Course Specialised in Kids First Aid: €65 

HBN facilitates a first aid course for all their au pairs to be joining at the beginning at their program. 

Sometimes upon arrival or  within the first 3 months the  Au Pair experiences some difficulties in adjusting to the Dutch routine. If needed we can offer a special one on one training for your Au Pair. We can invite your Au Pair to the office and we go through whatever your Au Pair needs more help with.

Sometimes upon arrival or  within the first 3 months the Host Family and Au Pair experience some difficulties.  Mostly in communication, cultural difference,  expectations which can create huge misunderstandings, wrong assumptions and therefore difficulties in building up the relationship. We can plan an extra mediation session.
