Indien de Au Pair in Nederland is met een Au Pair verblijfsvergunning en het huidige Host Family moet of wil verlaten, kan een ander Host Family deze Au Pair overnemen. HBN zal het nieuwe Host Family moeten screenen en controleren op alle wettelijke verplichtingen en een juridische procedure moeten volgen. De overnamekosten zijn afhankelijk van waar de Au Pair vandaan komt en hoe lang de Au Pair nog in Nederland kan verblijven.

HBN facilitates a first aid course for all their au pairs to be joining at the beginning at their program. 

Soms ondervindt de Au Pair bij aankomst of binnen de eerste 3 maanden enige moeilijkheden bij het aanpassen aan de Nederlandse routine. Indien nodig kunnen wij een speciale één-op-één training voor uw Au Pair aanbieden. We kunnen uw Au Pair uitnodigen op kantoor en we bespreken waar uw Au Pair meer hulp bij nodig heeft.

Soms ondervinden het Host Family en de Au Pair bij aankomst of binnen de eerste 3 maanden enkele problemen. Meestal op het gebied van communicatie, culturele verschillen, verwachtingen die tot grote misverstanden kunnen leiden, verkeerde aannames en daardoor moeilijkheden bij het opbouwen van de relatie. Wij kunnen een extra bemiddeling sessie plannen.
