Monday 8 sept, the IND has now officially withdrawn the sponsorship of Nina.Care, after years of repeated violations. We truly sympathize with all families and au pairs who are affected by this situation.
We fully understand that families do not want to face additional costs in this situation. Unfortunately, the IND requires us to thoroughly check and re-approve every file coming from Nina.Care. This process is detailed and time-intensive, and therefore we are obliged to request a special transfer fee.
At HBN Agency, we are committed to making this transition as smooth and supportive as possible. We focus on qualitative and seamless transfers, with personal guidance and dedicated assistance for both au pairs and host families.
HBN Agency is ready to assist with transfers and to ensure continuity of your au pair experience. Please note that we only work with certain countries where our processes are fully in order (e.g. South Africa, Namibie, Zimbabwe, South America, USA, Canada, Australia, NZ, EU etc.).

Additional Costs
- Intake (video call with family & au pair together): €169,-
- Support & care package for the remaining time in nL (including welcome meeting & events appr. 55,- per month):
- 4–6 months: €250
- 7–9 months: €350
Discount for New Placements
If you decide to start a new placement with us immediately during your current au pair, you will receive a 10 % discount on our mediation fee.
