We truly sympathize with all families and au pairs who are affected by this situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We fully understand that families do not want to face additional costs in this situation. Unfortunately, the IND requires us to thoroughly check and re-approve every file coming from Nina.Care. This process is detailed and time-intensive, and therefore we are obliged to request a <strong>special transfer fee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At HBN Agency, we are committed to making this transition as smooth and supportive as possible. We focus on <strong>qualitative and seamless transfers<\/strong>, with <strong>personal guidance and dedicated assistance<\/strong> for both au pairs and host families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HBN Agency<\/strong> is ready to assist with transfers and to ensure continuity of your au pair experience.
